Here was my data from the tropical system August 9th, 2024. My favorite stat there is I received roughly 1/4 (~22%) of my storm rainfall from that (6-12 hour) tropical system in 15min. Sent from my SM-X210 using Tapatalk

Last night reminded me just how glorious it was from 8/19/07 through 8/22/07. 4 days where the temperature stayed between 58 and 68 degrees day and night. The middle two days saw highs of 64 and 62. Stiff east wind and 2.50" of rain spread out over those 4 days. Between rain batches a glorious 25mph wind with drizzle. That 4 days stretch would not be equaled until that October. Did some digging and the good news for me is that my little rain deficit is highly localized. I can't go 5 miles without running into a station that has 4"+ than myself and the few around me.
