What is the mean, std dev, total changed for each of the periods. More so what is their reason for a change and how they support the decision. The most important part is the support for the changes. Does anyone here have access to Penn State students Masters or PhD thesis? I'm positive in the long storied history of the meteorology/climate program, that a few have based their thesis on microclimates within Pennsylvania.
