    The closer I get to 50, the less I care about cold. I’m really liking the relative mild conditions. Give me a 2 foot snow storm once a year, and I would be happy. .

    I always saw the winter pattern for us coming after Christmas. I think some were hoping for white Christmas. Until MJO is solidly in phase 8, don’t by into any rush to cold and snow. .

    Me 2. I am really enjoying this weather. I love snow, but don’t like it too cold. The worst weather in winter is warm and wet or cold and dry. I’ll take warm and dry if I can’t have the snow. .

    I just think the turn to colder (for snow) will be delayed and after Christmas. .

    I think after whatever storm we can muster next week, we go in the toilet for 2 to 3 weeks. But very late December and even early January don’t look that bad if looking at long range weeklies. .

    Well put. I do like a December storm to kick it off, but we have had many great years with snow starting in late January. .
