Velocity doesn’t look overly impressive. Pretty weak couplet. I’d be surprised if there was an actual tornado there.

The emergency broadcast on TV said rotation was in Adamstown heading towards Reading at 20 mph. We shall see. We just had strong storms come through

  2. Correct me if I’m wrong but the system in question is just now entering the Pacific Northwest?  I mean not for nothing but we can see the same turnaround by the guidance at this stage just grasping for straws I guess. We all should have seen the writing on the wall in January with these 10 day fantasies. Bring on severe Season I guess.

This feels like deja vu with this past Tuesday’s storm. Models show a big snowstorm and then slowly back off until all that’s left is a light, maybe moderate event.

Been this way all season, why should this be any different I’m not excited at all about this potential cause we all know the end game at this point.

They are going to waste more salt on this only to be washed away in a couple hours....I wouldn't salt since there's probably still enough on the roads already till the temperatures rise and it turns to rain. Municipalities always overdue it and wonder while they are low on salt? Roads are white around here with everyone (including business owners) dumping way too much salt...

It will all eventually be all washed away but unfortunately till that happens the roads will become slick and accidents are already happening out here as I type. The roads need to be treated while the winter weather is occurring I can confirm that Pen dot is mixing salt with anti skid material.
