  1. Our pavement is much warmer than up in the hinterlands so I’m concerned it might be a little warm here .
  2. Fun map. If we can get those solid snowfall rates for several hours, it will just confirm how much all love snow. .
  3. Tomorrow is more pressing. If it still looks good in 36-40 hours they’ll jump on it. .
  4. They actually have to account for life and property. I’m sure they’re aware of today’s trend and will update accordingly. .
  5. I think if you are 5-10 miles north of the CT Coast, no need to worry. Unless there are more ML moves north or the system decides to "attenuate". I live on the coast of CT so my posts my seem alarmist lol. I know how it rolls NOM (north of merritt).
  6. Wheels have come off the SOP crew train for this one. It was fun while it lasted though, basically 3 1/2 days notice for yet another failure.
  7. I'd roll the dice with the precip rates. Run SKEW-T's at your location for temps but this looks like humongous dendrites for a few hours probably accumulating on the typical colder surfaces and ground. I am talking Merritt south in SCT only.
  8. Astronomy Enjoyer? That’ll filter out as useless on the forum. Maybe it can buy a subscription though? .
