  1. I was thinking about that last night after NWS Philly put out a FB post about it being the 27th anniversary of the March 93 Superstorm. Could you imagine if we had something like that to deal with right now?
  2. This, plus sports and virtually anything recreational being cancelled, has put me right back out of work for a minimum of 2 weeks and most likely longer than that. This is the time when the bus trips usually pick back up with school field trips and spring athletics, as well as general charter work for sightseeing and theater shows.
  3. Aren't we kind of getting into the better range for the mesos over the globals, though? If we are than that would give the edge to the NAM. I'm watching this closely as I'm a trucker heading back east from California in the time frame for the storm. I usually run 40 to 44 to 70, but if it's going to be bad in Oklahoma, I may just head right on up to 70 and go through Colorado and Kansas.
  4. I just notice that on the radar. Wow. DC is ripping snow and you are getting rain. This is the most unbelievable winter I've ever seen...
  5. And as it turns out, it wasn't warmth and rain we had to worry about...
  6. While this may be true, for some people it's just not possible to look outside the region where they live. Take me for example. If I were in a career where it would be likely I'd have to move to get a job, since my wife WILL NOT leave the region, I'd either be jobless or divorced.
  7. If this weren't a weather board I'd swear you were talking about truck driving. What you described is almost dead-on in the transportation field as well.
