I am over at Susquehannock about five feet from the water. Hard to beat.

My kiddo and I went on an evening ice-run last night into Huntingdon from our camp site out on the lake and while we were on the return, the lake got smoked. Huge lightning, heavy wind, insane rain. I had to pull off at Seven Points Bait and Grocery to ride it out. Otherwise weather has been good this week.

Packing up and heading to Raystown for the week. It's muggier out now than it has been at any point last week. I'm going to need a shower before leaving.

We had a nice rain shower in Philipsburg at around 4:00 that knocked temps down to 78. I then proceeded to State College where it was 95. Currently I'm splitting the difference in Port Matilda where it's 87.

Had a temporary prayer for rain. Not to be. Up to 94. My parents in Three Springs are saying it's 103°F there. I may buy that.

Rain? What's rain? I had to avert a severe thunderstorm on Monday leaving the water park in Tipton but there wasn't much evidence of rain IMBY. My grass is very much about to tap out.
