Halfway point of Met winter is Jan 15 We are five days into the second half if you want to end winter at the end of February. It never snows in March or April so we should be safe

CT might be a different story. and I kid (mostly). My sister lives in Burrillville after living in Chepachet. Those are some deep dark woods in parts Not sure why she moved there after living in Narragansett though.
