I feel like the mid levels and where this approaches from over the center of the country means us coastal folk will really need this to thread the needle. I'd feel great in the far interior.

It can't be worse than here. It's at least $800k for a decent 2 bedroom with 2k sq feet, no yard. plus BOS property taxes (and I wouldn't even send my kids to public because the sports suck) I will shut up about the housing market now, LOL

My first home will be either far western CT off 84 or NH Seacoast... Housing market is great for buyers in a lot of CT. Boston is insufferable, You need 700k to buy a house in Dorchester now... I'm hoping to end up somewhere on the 101 for snow purposes. Have friends up that way. Seems like best option for lifestyle/schools/snow.... CT is second. Would certainly miss my NU BU BC Harvard games, but I don't want a 3-4k a month mortgage lol. Will either be a UNH fan or UConn fan.

I always bounce back and forth on this... but I'd almost take cirrus over rain at this point. Been 1-4" and mix the entire winter, it's driving me nuts.
