    I think 3-6" 4-8" range will work out well at BOS but will Probably be on lower range

    This wind is really impressive from a sustained standpoint. It's howling. Like a tropical storm out there.

    I estimated 3pm for start of change over in BOS.. Looks more like 3:30 or 3:45pm. Anything before 5pm is a win imo.
