A whopping 8 inches for DC on the GFS. The GFS is a great model.

It's wonderful how we say that the GFS is a great model as soon as 6+" shows up and how we mention the GEM was a good model (almost Euro-like) for 1/5-12 because it showed the things we liked.

Good trend that eases the nerves of people in DC (and SE) and doesn't show NW warmer trend.

at this point I can make a wheel for snow totals and it might be more accurate than the models.
