Had 30-50" up in the high peaks region of the Adirondacks when I was there over the weekend. I was shocked at how much snow was up there. Even the valley had over 20"

FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations of
1 to 2 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 to 55 mph will result
in severe blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Southern Erie and Wyoming counties and the western
Southern Tier.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Friday.
It will all depend on if the precip is strong enough to create it's own cooling which it should be close to. If that rain showing up is snow we will have a decent storm.
