I mean a wegmans employee in Hamburg just got diagnosed with the virus. I'm sure she touched loads of food there. It's going to be tough to dodge it. I'm under the impression most of these restaurants have things in place to prevent that happening. The few restaurants I've gone too have 1-2 employees working in comparison to grocery stores with tons of people. My wife is laid off so she has been cooking quite a bit. But I do enjoy my meals at some local restaurants, especially Lucias. There is no way I can cook better than that chef does.

I love it. I place an order and it’s there within 30 mins. They waive the delivery fee too. I also like supporting local small businesses as I’m still working during this time.

I watch shark tank and nearly every one of their companies outsource cheap labor to China/Mexico to keep cost down. How do we stop inflation if we don't have cheap labor?

Also, a way to get back at Trump for tariffs. I can 100% see it.

If everyone in the world stayed home completely for 2 weeks the virus would be gone. That's the only solution to truly stop this minus a vaccine/herd immunity.

Unless there is any truth to it mutating into a virus that isn't as contagious?

US deaths were 2,763 yesterday. Highest # to date.

All of this depends on when we get a vaccine. Say they do another stimulus with Small Business loans/loc to get us through summer and a vaccine comes in fall. If don't get a vaccine until next Spring we are in big trouble.

Are those hospitalization numbers new cases or total cases in hospitals? Edit: Obviously those are totals in NYS hospitals.

US will be around 35k by end of day. I think we end up being well over 100k by the time this is all over. Without these measures we are likely in the hundreds of thousands. China likely had 10-20 times its reported deaths and cases.

Anyone still thinking we open up by June 1st? Most doctors are saying no fans at sporting events until we have a vaccine. Figures as soon as the Bills get good...

Deaths down in NYS to 606 today. I think we need to use new hospitalizations instead of deaths/new cases. Where do we find those numbers at?

Restrictions extended in NYS until May 15.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong this winter. Nov and April both had great patterns. Dec-March were terrible.
