  1. True. The mortgage and rent deferral is why my wife lost her job and a law firm of 250 employees closed in Long Island. Also why my dad has not been able to kick out his tenants in the city that owe him 10k+ in rent that he will never see. Good Job Cuomo! It's a little easier to say he's done a good job when his tyrant rule hasn't effected you at all.
  2. A little different. I voted for Biden because Trump is insane. I hated both candidates, but the majority of America voted for the lesser of 2 evils. Same as 4 years ago with Hilary (won popular vote by 3 million, lost election by 80k votes) If a good candidate goes against Cuomo, he could easily lose.
  3. Not went you shut down everything like Cuomo did and is going to do...Voters will remember this year. He is planning a shutdown already in NYC.
  4. NYC average rent Beds Bot 25% Median Top 25% Studio $2,300 $2,595 $2,950 1BR $2,650 $3,150 $3,550 2BR $3,100 $3,600 $4,696 Max UI: $504 a week....
  5. You think? I'm not so sure. Lots of people have been shutdown the entire year and have lost lots of business. That map will dramatically change in 2022. You don't mess with a persons ability to put food on the table and clothes on their children...$500 a week UI in NYC doesn't get you very far.
  6. Just got back from hiking Dial and Nippletop. 14 miles in just under 7 hours. Hiked in shorts and tshirt. In the shaded areas above 4000 feet there was quite a bit of snow. 21/46 high peaks!
  7. Yeah, not really a fan of Biden. He's just a puppet for the democratic party. But he's better than the alternative, at least I think.
  8. You see Cuomos remarks today? What does that even mean... 0 % chance I vote for him and literally every single person I know isn't either.
  9. Trump just said he won Georgia on Twitter, as well as Penn, Wisconsin, and Nevada.
  10. Next 2 weeks feature the same pattern This isn't really accurate, but showing a warm DEC too.
  11. The same departures the reverse way would be a high of 25 degrees and a low of around 5. What are the chances of that happening now a days?
  12. More chaos from that press conference. Man featured at Giuliani press conference is a convicted sex offender https://www.politico.com/states/new-jersey/story/2020/11/09/man-featured-at-giuliani-press-conference-is-a-sex-offender-1335241
  13. 2020 so far for Buffalo Jan- 9th warmest on record March- 7th warmest on record July- warmest on record August- 5th warmest on record Nov- too early, but going to make top 10, (currently #1)
  14. This is insane 2020 so far Jan- 9th warmest on record March- 7th warmest on record July- warmest on record August- 5th warmest on record Nov- too early, but going to make top 10, (currently #1)
  15. Warmest July/November on record in same year? Warmest Nov 47.9 1931 2020 - 51.8 Through 11/8
  16. I actually like this part of him. I just don't agree with his policies, aside from the business side and even then little regulation increases the chance of fraud, especially in the securities business. For instance, how many people knew that big announcement was coming today? It seems odd it came right after the election results. You just know insiders knew this was coming...The market is up 5% today. The elite could have made millions/billions in just 1 day if they knew this news. You need strict regulations or businesses and the elite will take advantage of you.
  17. It really is frightening to see how quickly we're breaking record highs. The ratio of record highs vs record lows broken has to be like 95/5%
  18. Looks like Biden will have him beat by 5-7 million in popular vote. He has terrible principles, I can see the policy issues.
  19. I doubt these warm conditions persist all winter. As already mentioned, better to get in Nov then Dec-Feb. If we get a below average Dec. with these lake temps we will have above normal snowfall season.
