  1. Looks pretty dry across southern WNY towards Cleveland. If that doesn't fill in we might be okay. All the models have heavy stuff overnight into tomorrow.
  2. @wolfie09 Might be a few hours of rain then a break for the game before it fills in? Looks clear over Cleveland and heading Northeast.
  3. I'm going to the Blue Jays game downtown, not playing.
  4. Not me I would like to have a nice baseball game tonight. A brutal July so far. I don't like staying inside in summer, sunshine and 90 all day please.
  5. I'm a Yankees fan too but the prices of those games were insane. I got 6 tickets in a row for $40 each on a Friday night, going with some of my family. Can't beat a MLB game under the lights. This is once in a lifetime event for Buffalo.
  6. As long as it doesn't rain Friday 7-10 pm I'm fine going to first MLB game in Buffalo.
  7. I will get that shelf cloud with my drone close up, cannot wait for that day
  8. I really want to get a shelf cloud out over the lake with my drone before the summer ends. On to the next chase!
  9. I chased along the lake trying to find the best clouds to fly my drone in. Finally got some amazing clouds and then the sky opened up. Drone got a little wet, but was able to save it just in time lol. Quick video in Lackawanna. Some decent winds/rain
  10. Just heard giant thunder near my house, some pop up cells ahead of line.
  11. With lake breeze out of the West, we could get some low level rotation along the flanks of that line. Kind of excited for this as its been sunny here last few hours, all the ingredients are there.
  12. good stuff, I'm taking my drone out over the lake if we can get a good shelf cloud.
  13. Storms strengthening as they head NE, should get around the lake breeze
  14. That stuff North of Pittsburgh has my eye. Probably around 5-6 or so in WNY? Full sunshine right now.
  15. easy call ...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN ERIE AND SOUTH CENTRAL NIAGARA COUNTIES... At 127 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Small Boat Harbor, or over Lackawanna, moving northeast at 20 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm.
