But if you had to put money on it, what would you say? -

So how cold will it actually be, we think? -

If we could get record breaking Fairbanks cold, I'm sure many would take a week of that. At a minimum, the pipe breaks and ice skating on the Charles would keep the news exciting more than it is now I suppose. 40/70 doing Ice Road Truckers on the Charles to skip traffic -
At a minimum, maybe we'll get a nice dry launching pad for April infernos, before the green-up happens.

It could snow or it could blow, we just don't know?

Not sure why you keep saying that, it's not really only 2 weeks old. Only Karens use astronomical winter. Meteorological winter is a fixed, three-month period used by meteorologists for consistent record-keeping, covering the coldest months: December, January, and February in the Northern Hemisphere -

It's amazing how so many people wish summer away, to get to the cold gray rain for 5 months that have become our winters. -
Yeah and would you have any reservations about it in a 3' March blue bomb like we got a few years ago?
-
How big, roughly, of an area do you do?

Cool, thanks. So overall seems your happy with it. Yeah seems you may sacrifice some power, but my father always has trouble with gas stuff, so the ease of use is important for sure.

We have a family camp in Ellsworth. You definitely want to not be in the River valleys, you want to be above 1000'. We can be riding the snow machine trails all around Stinson Lake with 18" base, and they'll be like 3" down in the Baker and Pemi River valleys with closed trails.

Hey @HoarfrostHubb, I think you have an electric snowblower. You mind telling me how you like it and how big it is? Do you do a large area with it? My folks driveway is about 100' x 30' so I'm wondering if it'll have enough power to do that.
