Not to be a Debbie Downer, but there's no way we stay snow very long with a 994 LP over BUF . We either need a weaker low and quicker xfer or a more W-E trajectory about 100 mile further south w/quick xfer.
The pattern will change in Apr...just when we're all sick of the cold rainy weather. lol - extending the cold, rainy weather until mid-May. Ok, that's depressing. I'd be happy to get a couple of big storms in there, even if they melted away.

Given the evolution of the large-scale/hemispheric pattern, with a building
anomalous upper ridge between Alaska and Hawaii, this favors a
persistent mean trough along the U.S. West Coast and a stronger
subtropical ridge in the Southeast.
Sounds like the Bermuda high is the winner.
