    I agree...a 'pure' bill would be appropriate in this situation. Seems it's too temping with such gigantic price tags to tuck other things in.

    Th HEROS act ($3T - 3x the size) has $875B for states and localities to use as they please (not sure of the oversight). Plus another $25B for the US Postal Service, $1.5B for an "Emergency Connectivity Fund", $300M for Community Oriented Policing Fund (whatever that means), and $10M each for the National Endowment for the Humanities and National Endowment for the Arts. It's a two-way street, those politics.

    I just had a conference call with someone from India this AM and they just came off a 10 day lock down in her province....was told no more lock downs.

    Yes, very promising. This is also the new mRNA-based vaccine as well. Will be really interesting to see the efficacy of this vs. the traditional vaccines.

    I would argue that a mask helps the wearer just as much as it prevent them from touching their mouth, nose, even rubbing eyes - main virus entrances.

    An antibody test wouldn't be as effective so close to the actual illness. I've seen recommendations taking it 2 weeks after symptoms disappear.

    Breastfeeding is such a good thing for infants - this being one of those! We've experienced the same with multiple kid and the Croup & RSV. Babies had minimal symptoms and quick recoveries.

    Yup, BIG difference between CBD and THC. Not molecular, but the way it binds to our CB1 receptors causing the psychoactive effects. I'm all for medical use of CBD oil, but there's no medical need for THC.
