  1. Only one for me was Jan 96 while living in CNJ. We’ll need Will to count for SNE...there’s probably just one or two I’d imagine.
  2. It’s not like we going to big nye parties so as long as there are no power disruptions...ice it over before the snow comes back in Jan.
  3. We tried to calm the angry wolf yesterday but once he latches on, hope fades.
  4. lol if Jeff ever wants a new avatar he won’t get it in a non blocky pattern...that’s for sure. 100hr storms don’t happenn in Tippy’s fast flow regimes.
  5. It’s nuts. This years tornado formed overhead so I just missed it, thankfully, as it strengthened SE and cut across rte8 heading for Hamden..the tornado alley of the northeast.
  6. Jan 11 Oct 11 May 18 tornado Aug 20 Isias Basically...anytime trees come down and the power is out for an extended period of time.
  7. Some expect immediate results when h5 maps show promise but you gotta load up the bread basket first before you start spreading the butter.
  8. The dude should be all over Ozark...put the tight running shorts down and keep the pajamas on.
  9. Nice. The boulder may be a pebble by Christmas brunch. I was going to do a fun Santa trick on my son first thing in the morning where I dress up and as he comes downstairs...I walk out the back deck turn around and wave from afar as if I just dropped off his presents (with his cookies that he left for ‘me’ in my hands). But that would place me outside in the pouring rain with mud up to the ankles. Not that visual of memory I’d like him to have. A little snow left on the ground would be better. I’m still going to do it...but with a poncho on instead.
  10. As am I. There’s rarely an ideal pattern though, there’s always risk...but I’ve had enough of this super fast flow regime. Let’s slow our roll and get something to rotate under us and pray it gets far enough north.
  11. Meh. I’d rather have it than not. Miller A’s with blocks are great for us. Sure, it might put us on the northern edge with possible supression but lets ask Dendy and friends how that worked out for them last week. Plus, you can roll the Feb 10 pattern again and not get the same backyard result with a slight timing difference.
  12. Great for Mid Atl to S of Pike zones. One slow moving bowling ball will do.
  13. Oh..I’ll sign off no doubt. In the heart of winter climo too. And it’s not like it’s week 4 of weeklies either. Verification has to be what...better than 40%?
  14. Looks great but we needs production. LR blocking prospects are like Byron Buxton for weenies.
  15. Yea. I’m looking forward to it. Only 20 years to go, hopefully less... once the savings increase when these damn kids get out of daycare.
  16. Chew on edibles and play golf maybe...pretty much it.
  17. Is he hiding in the same basement with the pope?
  18. Pretty much my take. Perspective is everything.
  19. I can’t remember my exact amounts in CNJ but if it was brutal up there...prob sub 10” per season down there.
  20. You do...on dark conspiracy sites where participants think the DC elites eat other people, 9-11 was staged, Sandy Hook school shooting never happened, etc. Have at it..let us know what they say about CC.
  21. I hated that winter. When it snows in mid Nov and practically not again until March, it sucks. But...let’s not act like we’re in a 5 year drought of below avg snows like it’s the 1980s. You’ve lived through some terrible stretches though I assume...so how do these past two winters stack up?
  22. I need my first 30” first before I can get used to it lol but yes I agree. This isn’t the CC page and some get angry when it gets brought up...but I think regression happens to the extreme (warm/dry winters) but in more narrow spans. And the further the extreme it is, the more it snaps back the other way. Like a rubberband.
  23. Yea. I thought it was close to avg snowfall wise for many out east. DJF sucked. But I’m not trying to take anyone’s snow lol. I hope ESNE and the region never truly regresses over a decadal long sample sizes.
  24. Looking for the next one is completely different then whining about our luck factor before it even happens.
