    They usually do when it’s rounding into a NA trough from the GOM. Models tend to underestimate it.

    I’m not sure. I haven’t dove into the costing yet. I think we’ll wait until our daughter is out of daycare in 3yrs so I’ll start seriously designing in 2yrs.
