  1. I probably have as much snow as Bradford that's ridiculous Will not happen again
  2. Yeah I forgot about the Noah's Ark rains and Neptune like dark cloudy days, probably should reconsider the winter grade.
  3. Thinking of a move up near Bradford to stay ahead of global torching
  4. Far too generous. Did nothing Dec-holidays-mid January, and it's a top 5 warmest winter. C+ Here only because of normal snow, crazy deathband, 2 high end SECS in a week, 5" snow in an hour and a real 1" squall with warning. Oh yeah a decent maybe 10 days of snow cover in February. February snow came in sun angle season with non impressive cold deduct a few points.
  5. 7.5" average depth but it's very dense now and resistant to melting. Will be interesting to see how long I can hold ground cover.
  6. Erie is the biggest red flag on the list indicating the lack of cold air flow from Canada.
  7. Welcome to my world, I would be between Stanton and Rosemont. Do you have Bucks county reports? '
  8. The dream is somewhat tarnished because of the big numbers to my north, and the night snow but yeah it's fun. The squall was better than the 5" hour because I could see it, can't emphasize enough daytime snow dammit! One more group of showers entering Montco
  9. Nice squall low visibility 200 yards and 1" in 20 minutes Does it count for the storm I know it counts for the day if so 9.7"
  10. Tracked right over Macungie to here I bet they got 2 or 3"
  11. It's so much better than last night because I can see it lol Puking snow
  12. 200 yards visibility it's a big deal now ripping
  13. 9" snow depth melting off 5" of the staypuffed fluff from overnight
  14. Dark skies moving in like a summer thunderstorm, flakes started flying with the sun still out 31F
  15. Got the squall warning appear to be in line with it
  16. Sounding like 20:1 ratios in the death band which explains the #'s we saw guidance qpf was fairly accurate.
  17. Looks like the Ralph/PSU/second coming storm next week is rain.
  18. The great mystery snow of February 1987 As incredible as this event was it's half, just half of what happened in Horsham in late February(or March?) 1987 when I woke up to THIRTY inches of mashed potatoes snow that dropped in early morning training snow thunderstorms! Was predicted to be rain to snow and a couple inches. Still got the scars from missing out on that once in a lifetime event, only saw big wet flakes starting to fall after the change from rain as I hit the sack around 1am. That one literally melted half away under 50'sF sun by the end of the day and was gone two days later! * extremely isolated event missed Philly and grazed Allentown some kind of wicked narrow band think it was February 23. Allentown only recorded 6" that day. * researching what I can I think this snow happened that March, was guessing February 23rd because checking records Allentown recorded 6" that day, but that can't be right because Allentown had cold weather following that storm. I know it was a mild week following the snow with rapid melt.
