  1. Yet ironically May is above normal to date despite feeling like a top 20 coldest.
  2. What I saw was about half this intensity through the camera on night vision at 4am. With the eye it was brightness in the sky with the slightest hint of green over the horizon and pillars of white haze to almost overhead that one could compare to seeing the milky way on a dark night. Meh nothing life changing obviously missed the peak intensity.
  3. It's clear and the aurora is visible! Long live the Hrrrrrr
  4. Thing is the aurora forecast from NOAA is this fades after midnight but who knows
  5. Somebody in Wrightstown took pictures of the lights through the clouds
  6. It will always snow again our next chance for this is decades away or never
  7. Cecily on ch6 just said she has pictures of the aurora from Bucks lol
  8. In the running with 2005 for the worst May weather of a lifetime.
  9. GFS won the cold battle today and is going to win it again on Sunday. Saturday will manage into the 50's.
  10. 47F it's warmer on Christmas
  11. 47F coldest place in the nation outside of Colarado and Wyoming. Heck it's in the 60's to Hudson Bay.
  12. GFS has a midnight high near 50F and stays in the 40's tomorrow and Sunday. Briefly tops out in the low 50's Saturday.
  13. GFS continues to show 40's on Saturday vs other guidance.
  14. GFS has temperatures Fri-Sunday in the 40's the majority of the time lol That might be colder than May 2020 minus the snow I got * that is much colder for highs in a three day stretch than May 2020 wow
  15. .30" this am Potential record low max high on Friday as the cold atmospheric bubble days continue in an overall warmer regime.
  16. Recurrent deep trough in the east and many rain chances the next two weeks mini drought busted. That was fast. Won't be long before we want it to stop raining lol
  17. Yeah the heaviest rain blob moved through me and dumped like .03" and turned the pollen on my car into a cool green yellow paint.
  18. Yeah the excruciating wait for more than a tenth of an inch of water that can wash the pollen off continues. Maybe round two three or four will do it could take awhile. The NAM juiced up to half an inch in SEPA. Either way sure looks wet next 10-15 days overall and not a repeat of May 2023 farmers rejoice.
