Times are tough I wanted this winter to be wall to wall mild like the forecasts called for. What do I get one of the longest stretches (8 days) of snow cover in December in my lifetime.

Still have full cover here in open yard, but in Qtown it's 50/50 patchy which means I did an inch or two better. Curious where that 8" report from Kathy Orr came from which was when I was only at 5.5" before the last 2.5" fell

Dirty sky with slight blue and filtered sun, viewing conditions for the conjunction are hanging on by a thread.

9F low locally, lower elevation sensors got down to 4F. Looks good out there driving around yesterday evening with the xmas lights.
