Looks like a wall of heavy precipitation making its way NNW from S/C NJ via the coastal, should take about an hour or so envelope most of the area
-
Looks to be about 6” to 7” with heavy snow, coastal really starting to crank per radar
-
Looks to be about 5” OTG, good moderate snow (3/4”/hr) rates
-
2” OTG here with solid moderate snow (3/4”/hr) rates
-
Light to light/mod snow, about 1” to 1.5” OTG
-
Light snow and about 3/4" or so
-
Good light snow, high ratios, about 1/4”
-
Some bigger flakes now here just over the border in Essex....hopefully it’s on it’s way

took about 3-4 hours to fight off that dry air for those to my east
Where are you in Union?
-
fairly solid light snow, very light coating
-
flurries...no accumulation to this point
-
Very Light snow with large flakes, looks like excellent snow growth and ratios at least at the start
-
Looking at radar/overall surface map seems this might end East of most models , very light snow has begun, radar looking much more robust than thought at this time
-
GFS is really nice for almost everyone....1.5” to 2.2” all snow for almost everyone
-
Kutcher a, about 2’ from 78 north, 20” for NYC and up to 30” for spots in N NJ/ S NY state
-
Around 2” QPF basically all of N/C NJ northward to lower NY, crippling storm for NYC/ N NJ
-
PHL zones pretty much 11-15” with 35mph across the board south of Sussex....
-
Nam is 1.5” to 2.0” QPF all snow....impressive run, more troublesome west of the Delaware, semi Boxing Day like

Nasty dry slot on the NAM

Tough to see how anyone in C NJ/N NJ/NYC gets less than about 10” with this storm, despite very different detailed solutions. Despite the GFS, NAM, and EURO being worlds apart in details, all are at least 10” for most of the region....

Prob 1-2’ per the NAM, widespread 1.5” to 2” QPF
