Starting to look like deep winter here.. Light snow the past couple of hours..

its weird how the HRRR precip maps showed sleet yesterday but soundings looked like all snow.. maybe the soundings were off but showing correctly on precip maps?

5.25 with a little crust in the middle.. zr? HRRR for the win? Light snow continues.. will be just short of the low end of the 6 to 9 that I was thinking.

this run off the HRRR would have CT folks looking for the nearest bridge though.. pretty meh QPF wise compared to some other models
