Last flakes of the season?
However, as things are
winding down much colder air filters in late Wed into early Thu.
Would not be surprised if there are some snowflakes mixing in. At
this point total precip appearing to be generally between 0.1 and
0.5 inches. We`ve got mod to high (30-80+ percent) probs of totals
AOA 0.1 inches and low probs (10-30 percent) of 0.5 inches. For now
have just stuck with WPC.

I will say, it’s been one of the best forsythia blooms I have seen in years. It seems like every bush around town is blowing out yellow at the same time.
nothing here yet but went to Agawam today and saw a bunch blooming

My parents drove to Danville, VT to a brewery I found online. I told them to leave right after totality and they managed to hit no traffic at all coming down 91. Made it back to New Haven in like 4 hours.
In Dallas there was no traffic either… seems like everyone who worked downtown stayed home. No rush hour and just the coolest of vibes.
That's crazy I left Newport pretty quick and still hit a ton.. we probably had one of the best spots for a quick getaway and still was crap lol

Based on everything still thinking Newport with the idea of cutting over towards Colebrook if clouds interfere. Honestly I’m not at all worried about a few wisps of cirrus. Mesos look good so far.
didn't see this before my post but see you there lol Derby might even work

leaving at 5am.. I was going to go to my grandfathers in Baldwin mills QC but thinking the border will be a nightmare coming home and have to work Tuesday Going to try for Newport though

Oh.
Indirectly related ...that maps seems a bit positive biased for around here. There's no snow on any yard or field. There's just these smaller piles skirting parking lots and what-not. I don't think those entrails are what this chart above is graphically presenting. Despite looking and sensibly appealing cold and gloomy that last 2 days since that event, we've very proficiently eradicated the 3 1/2 of dense sleet/snow mixture.
Still 3 to 5 or so here. We winter

Yeah the at-worst plan is pull over on I-91 breakdown lane, sit on grass. I'm nervous even that option won't be possible if the breakdown lane is already a parking lot.
But hopefully 7 hours drive from Boston is enough to reach Newport and stage someplace more reasonable.
So happy you're doing New England instead of Eagle Pass! Unbelievable that NNE will be the best viewing in the country. A month ago I was bracing myself for a washout.
18z NAM as you wrote above looks great...
leaving at 4am Monday to go to Baldwin mills Quebec to my grandfathers place.. I really should leave tomorrow but not sure yet.. I have to be up at 3am for work Tuesday and thinking the border might be jammed Monday night ugh
