Most Advisories are meh. WWA for 3” of snow in January or February?
I don’t care enough anymore, haha, except it does look like it hit the definition for numerous sites.
Sooo most haven't reached it
For Boston, a Heat Advisory is typically issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) Boston when the heat index is forecast to reach 100-104°F (37.8-40°C) for two or more hours, or 95-99°F for two or more consecutive days. This indicates dangerous heat conditions where heat-related illnesses are possible, according to the NWS.

Wind chill of -15F is 5-10F ambient with like a 20-25mph wind.
This isn’t average lows or maxes.
Ya but average highs are mid 80s for most now so a 10 degree difference heat index is meh.

Wind chill advisories are pretty normal cold for January too. Or at least what used to be normal cold.
I think you are reading too much into it.
Isn't a wind chill advisory-15 or below? That's way below our average low for January..

Heat indices are squarely in the advisory range. A humid 90F is essentially what it takes.
WHAT...Heat index values between 95 and 100 expected.
Meh it's July and most have not reached or been on the low end

87/72.4 here yields a HI of 94. That verifies for all intents
Just under and has to be for two hours

Beer?
I posted indices. Almost everyone north of the Pike is upper 90s except for the few in hilltowns with cars on blocks
All of CT isn't and seems like that map has the hottest spots.. BTW it's 87/66 here
