Picked up 0.875" in Eastern Calvert this morning with a monsoon-like deluge for about an hour. Nice and sunny now. Nothing better than the smell after a summer storm...except the smell of snow in a noreaster....

Long time lurker, first time poster... Checking in from Calvert County. Storms had been tracking parallel to us but finally got dumped on, sun coming back out. We've been spared the storms til now due to proximity to the bay inhibiting convection over my house. Nice and cool too.
