  1. Just went outside. Still -SN here, but refusing to die completely. Accumulating stuff seems to have stopped. It's nearly dark so roads won't have opportunity to clear with daylight. Have about 2-3" outside. Very light and fluffy. Kind of stuff you could move around easily with a leaf blower. Can't shake feeling of a bust here..even though technically this verified against forecasts. What happened to the leading edge of the precip shield?
  2. Not enough consistent coverage on radar. Omega seems weaker than modeled for this storm? Not enough oomph to erode the dry air consistently and too much subsidence for sustained heavy precip.
  3. Very healthy nothing burger here with a side of maple sweet potato fries RN.
  4. Looks like that hole in the Upper Valley I called out earlier got me...Hopefully those echoes behind in ENYS fill in, else I could be done!
  5. Very light -SN right now. Was ripping decent for about an hour, now really nothing.
  6. SN++ here. Big, juicy flakes. Everything starting to get snow covered quickly. Looks to be a shadow/hole on radar in the Upper Valley of NH. Real or technical glitch? Shadow effect?
  7. BOOM here...was literally nearly nothing 10 min ago and now SN+. When the column saturates, it's a beautiful thing! Schools going to regret not closing here, if this continues.
  8. 22 degrees here. 9 degree dew point so it's going to take some time for the leading edge to saturate the column here. Wondering if models aren't playing the dry air up enough?
  9. With my luck, when I finally get on the list it will be 50 degrees, sunny with calm winds, HAHA ;).
  10. New (old) member here. Currently in San Jose, CA on business, but flying back on a red-eye Sunday night. Love the forums! Lots of great personalities! Looking forward to reconnect with my passion for weather. A bucket list goal for me is to stay at the Mt. Washington OBS over NYE one year.
