what happened to tonights GFS  

I feel up here in mentor we do better when the wind is out of the west for lake effect 

EURO had 4-5 runs CLE in the 20s on Christmas eve now as we get closer 4 runs at 50 with rain sigh. 

i see the EURO has gone ohio rainer idea now just in time for christmas yay

interesting NAM model...

what is this latest NAM getting 6 inches all the way to lake county ohio woah

we got about 11 inches here about half a mile from the lakeshore it'll be gone quickly as my Thermometer is currently at 39

living just a little bit over a half mile from the sand of the lake is extremely frustrating. 

Is the NAM full of it for showing 15+ right on the shoreline?e?

Don't think those typically do good with lake effect  You need to wait on short range models to pick up on the lake enhancement setup.  Should still be a good first big accumulating snow. 

yeah the long range models don't do well with LE, I'm in Mentor so we hardly ever get good lake effect here.
