    Yeah it is WILD.

If we had a little more wind it would be positively crazy.

At least 3” on the ground. 23F at my location. SN+

    CHO reports “heavy snow”

    Love it.

Just got back from Chris Green lake, sledding with the fam. I can confirm it is absolutely ripping it out there! We are closing in on four up here northern CHO, hope it's showing some DC love right about now...good luck everyone and enjoy every minute of it!

I live on a main road in Cville so my chief focus through the midday will be when the road caves.

They pretreated the ever-loving-hell out of the main arteries. And the 5th Street Station (large strip mall) parking lot this morning was filled with linemen and their trucks ready to deploy for any power outages. Must have been 30 trucks there.

I live north of you up near Hollymead. Roads are starting to cave here....how about down there?

You are VERY welcome! I am pulling for a lot MORE great snowstorms for you all there in the Mid Atlantic Region! You are gonna get demolished by heavy snow quite a few times this winter!

Jebman is the absolute best snow cheerleader for all of us! You need to be promoted as the Mid Atlantic snow czar.

I missed thundersnow? My worst fear!

    How'd you do down there?

I have to admit, it was pretty awesome. I live up near Hollymead, very close to Cho airport. We ended up with about 8". All done at this point and warmer temps are dropping snow bombs off the trees. Power also out

Sweet!!! What else do you guys eat? Our usual menu is: Lamb, tabbouleh, kibbeh, spanakopita, dolmades, and more olives, hummus and feta then I can eat.

Usually for Easter, it's lamb, tabbouleh, sfeehas, dolmades, hummus, baba ganoush, fattoush, and lebanese rice.  If we're lucky she'll also make kanafeh (cheese dessert).  She makes her own pita bread as well.  It is unbelievable.  Enjoy!

Yay! We finalized Easter plans with my mom, since she's fully vaccinated. Cannot wait for her traditional Lebanese foods
