Oh yeah. Feb 2014 had a nice one. 8" here but was 40s next day and melted quick. Been waiting for 8 years and counting for one that caliber, though. Sometimes I just want to move to the top of clingman's dome.

No complaints there... most likely is 4, hoping for 16!
-
Yea, and to be fair, 2" is nice with cold 20 degree air. What I hate is spotty brown grass sticking out. Middle tn scored with Jonas? in 2016, were due for a 6 incher in the valley. Maybe this long term pattern produces

Noticing an ever so slight ccw tilt and mildly more intense rates on the 18z gfs... a tad north shift but still steady and southern . All in all great run

That gradient north of Alabama. 1-6 in half a county
-
Same here... but we know how UP to two" ends... 0 is in range lol
-
Oh well, hope for the best expect nothing and then move on to the next opportunity GFS has remained stoic throughout - thoughts?
-
Knox might be ok, south of there eh I guess 2 is pretty decent, though, bust may be exaggerating it Gut feeling is actually okay for this, except for far southern areas
-
MRX - WWA south of 40 looks for up to 2" welp, underwhelming again it looks like. 2 straight busts i think Knox co is in the 2-4" WWA
-
Yep, either the mixing line stays South, or it pushes north to knox, don't see it setting up on top of us how often do models correct themselves south 24-36hrs out? Seems like NW jog almost is a law
-
Nothing like a surprise snow honestly. I remember getting out of school early with 3" unforecasted and that was more epic than 8" in 2014 which were modeled beforehand

Setting my expectations at 0 in maryville

Lol, yeah chatt can pull some random insane numbers, also in 2011 iirc they got 12" we got 6, one of the most beautiful snows I remember, though.
-
We all do better when Chattanooga is in on it, imo i remember that surprise from, 2011?
-
Very odd runs from each one it seems really have no idea what to expect but it will be interesting
-
Is that mixing issues or downsloping in the far east valley bust potential south of 40 it seems
-
Funny thing is, if that verified, it'd only be slightly less than I got Sunday night

Would be nice to get one system without rain being involved... we'll see
