Folks in northern DE, Delco and Chesco really need to be rooting for the 12k NAM to verity. Gives a sliver of hope for something big. Reading the MA thread and there is a definite north trend underway. Not sure it will be enough to save us. Getting 2-3” while Dover gets 12” is going to be hard to swallow.

25-30 more miles for me in northern DE.  I think its doable.  My bar is 3" now but the trend all day today has been to increase totals on a sw to ne trajectory.  I think maybe its the coastal influence.

The way this winter is going I can see us flipping to below normal temps but then having the moisture train shut off.  Warm/wet, cold/dry.  That would be the ultimate kick in the groin.

Way over performing my expectations in Wilmington.
