    I didn't realize how cold and dry this month has been. Madison right now is -3.8 degrees below normal and 2.90 inches below normal for the month. Looks like in the next week we are going to get some rain so that should help. Although frankly this dry of an April isn't bad, it's more the temperatures that need the help. Unfortunately it's not looking good at all the next week here.
