I’ll settle for some mood flakes with temps plummeting here. The December storm feels ancient.

it started snowing yesterday and it’s still snowing. I’m happy for them but a I’m ready to see that for us in the SE too. 

Moved to Winston from NW DC in summer 2017. Been watching LWX feed all day. Beautiful spin with UL swinging through MA. Nice dendrites too.

Pretty nice temp gradient in just 80 miles between here and Blacksburg. Jives with the CC on RadarScope. Who said science isn’t cool. 

Fingers crossed we hover around 32-33 here. Seems to be working so far, plus 1-2 deg.

IMO that’s a good thing. Unless the NAM version meant snow. Which I don’t think is possible here in Triad, given the setup. So if it’s ice or rain, give me the rain plz.

Snow wise, has the look/feel of car-topper at best in Triad before we torch mid-levels. I really hate freezing rain. 

Got very quiet in here. I remember when I was younger living in northern VA...when St. Louis got snow, DC and north was in the game down river. South of RIC...no bueno. Next.
