    Cold 15° with light snow now falling. Maybe a few inches tonight. Hitting slopes tomorrow!

    Try that turn with snow falling...lol. If you have traction control on your AWD/4WD, turn it OFF! You need the momentum, regardless if wheels are spinning. Trust me....learned the hard way.

    66 is back to being opened. All rocks been cut back! Yeah, from DC, gotta go through Cass. Most do come from the other side since a lot of visitors are coming from the south.

    Got to Snowshoe today. Could see the caked trees in the distance. Ground was white around 3900'. Caked trees were around 4500'. Thorny Flat (highest point in Snowshoe) is 4849'.

    About 7" in Snowshoe. Cold winter day, great for snow guns. Hopefully be there next week for some runs. Don't like this rain threat Saturday though.
