Serious question that I don't know the answer to: Is there a correlation between SN events and radically cold temperatures in our region? I've heard it said perhaps jokingly that 'it's too cold for snow' and maybe there's some truth to that climo for us? Seems like we score when we're on that razor's edge temp-wise and not when cold airmass isn't a concern.
I've gotta say it's been snowing in varying intensities since 5a here. Never completely stopped. It's not jackpot accumulations but honestly this is a pretty enjoyable storm. Just snows and snows. Almost prefer this over the 6-hour thump.

Everything is covered, roads were cleared and it's gorgeous. Still getting SN, if I can eke out 6" total storm I would consider that a huge win. If it sticks around for a few days even better.
