    There is a large church down the road in Marietta with a huge expanse of grass - it really got brown the past 2 days. It doesn't take long this time of year when it doesn't rain. I mowed early in the week and the grass has ground to a halt.

    4 games out with 3 to play leading in to the all star break. Orioles have called up 2 of Baseball America's top 25 prospects over the past 2 weeks. The #1 prospect in all of Baseball (Jackson Holliday, son of Matt Holliday) is terrorizing the minors and might not be far behind. The O's are loaded.
