  1. 74 with clouds starting to roll in now. Quick 20 degree jump this morning. It was nice to actually get in the 70s again.
  2. Temp off the the races this morning, 69 after a low of 54 a few hrs ago.
  3. Gonna be cold for May tonight,. Mid 40s around the city, by this point in May that's around record territory. LGA record low is 45 in 2002. The rest may be just slightly out of reach, like JFK 43, EWR 42. All set in 2002. Was a particularly cold day that year, all sites are set in 2002 except for the Park.
  4. Topped out at 70, nice to finally get a string of nice days. Breezy 65 now.
  5. Today was a perfect day. Wish we had more days like this..San Diego like. 78 after a low of 65, now 72.
  6. Sun is breaking through now, 67, dewpoint 60. That taste of humidity is giving that warm season feel we've been missing.
  7. yeah, for now I'd be ok with highs of 65+ and lows of 50+. I'm over anything cooler than that.
  8. Record lows at JFK and BDR. Looks like LGA broke the record of 45 (1998) with a low of at least 43 but its not included in the tweet. (May of been set later in the am after it was posted)

  10. that came out of no where, some briefly powerful winds and hail. Stopped but now another storm is starting up, more rain then hail this time but still a few pelting the windows.
  11. heavy snow driving down the Hutch from Eastchester/New Rochelle to Pelham pkwy in the Bx! Actually started to acclumate on the car tops and windshield. Windy and I think I heard thunder.

  13. Ha yup..In NYC our most exciting events were a trace of snow Feb 29 to avoid first snowless Feb, and trace of snow in May.
  14. 38 light rain here. Rain snow line looks to be approaching upper manhattan
  15. TWC has the coldest forecasts I've seen. We'll how close it gets. I believe it hasnt been below 40 in May in NYC in over 40 yrs or so, or ever in my life. Ill be checking for a snowflake..
