I mean it's 28 degrees, it should accrete, but the sun angle/UHI this late in February is very real. Starting to hear some pingers here too, but no real accretion going on.
Interesting...I live on Harvard and 18th so I'm right near Mt Pleasant. Also I haven't been outside I'm just looking through my apt window so take what I say with a grain of salt. But people seem to be walking normally on sidewalks

At 1030 AM CST, there have been multiple reports of localized light
to moderate snow downstream of area lakes. These areas of snow are
usually narrow bands confined to areas near and south of area lakes.
Visibility may be reduced to less than 1 mile in snow for brief
periods of time. These rapidly changing conditions could surprise
drivers. Slow down and drive with extreme caution.
LES in Texas
I mean I just got in from a walk, sorry if this is old news.
Upper NW near the MD border had snow/sleet on the ground while here we have wet mud. Interesting and only a couple miles difference.
An inch and quarter of freezing rain would be some pretty incredible stuff though. Holy shit I'm rooting for freezing rain these past two years have been rough.
