Picked up .24" early this morning and then an additional .18" late morning. Now waiting on the afternoon t-storms that are predicted. Currently at 1:20 it is 74/71. Edit: Had one hell of a squall line come thru late this afternoon. Winds gust to near 50 mph easily. Airport 5 miles away had a gust of 45 mph. Lost a very large tree limb to it. Picked up .61" from the storm giving me a daily total of 1.03". Monthly is at 7.86". Temp dropped 14 degrees in a matter of 5 minutes when the line came thru. Monthly totals: Highest temp: 89 Lowest temp: 39 Highest dp: 71 Lowest dp: 31 Rainfall: 7.86"

Picked up only .24" early this morning despite forecast for heavy T-storms all morning. A few showers later and we have .29" for the day so far. EDIT: We had a fairly large thunderstorm come thru earlier this afternoon that dropped .85". The sun came out later and really drove up the humidity. Currently it is 77/69 just before 6 pm.

Had a surprised .63" last night. Had a little more rain this morning of .07". This brings my month total to 5.69" with much more coming tomorrow and Sunday.

Rain has finally ended. Picked up 3.22" this weekend. Skies are slowly clearing and temp is up to 54 at noon.

Rainy and chilly here with brisk winds all day long. Earlier today I was amazed to see the entire states of North and South Carolina covered in rain. You don't see that very much. We have picked up 1.42" as of 6 PM.

Had a high of 70 around 10 am today after which the front came thru. Front dropped a measly .03". Afternoon temp has hovered around 51 which it has remained all evening.

Low of 67, high of 85. Dew points in the upper 60's made it feel like May.

Warm day today. High of 86 after a low of 62. Dew points in the low 60's all day.

Yes it was. We had a high of 67 with dew points in the low 40's all day. Beautiful day. Today at noon, we are currently at 73/54 after a low of 46.

Why not just include them in the Tenn Valley section. It already covers northern MS and AL.
