    Totally did - apologies! A wicked cold front is hitting Texas this weekend. At 10 pm Sunday, the "feels like" will be 37 in Austin but 78 in Houston. A 46 degree temp drop within 12 hours is possible in Austin.

    Where is October taking for all time warmest? It has to be up there. We have never not had to the on the furnace this late and it won’t be needed until at least next later next week .

    Sorry Phillies fans. I'm STOKED for the World Series. I hope Texas wins but Arizona's been playing baseball at a 102 win clip for 9 weeks now so it's a tall order.

    80 looks like a lock for Friday, at least. Bryant Park's Winter Village opens Friday. Will be sweating and spraying sun block while waiting to order a raclette sammich.

    Yup. Even if models are a bit warm mid 70s seems locked in for several consecutive days.
