    We go to our friends on Linglestown and do theirs while they take their little one around. 260 kids was our count. I sipped whiskey and handed out bags kf candy and glow sticks. It’s a blast It got pretty chilly sitting out. And TEXAS!

    37 was my low. Broke out a new jacket for the first time!

    It just got real windy. 35 mph due west winds. Weird.

    Same but it almost broke out for a bit of time (real thin clouds for a good chunk of the sky). It's thickening up again it seems now.

    Sun is trying to break out it. Not sure it does, but it's very bright now.

    In DC Wednesday night - guess I'll have to take out a jacket. Then Albany this weekend where it looks damn near perfect.

    A balmy 71 here at Bryant Park at 1030 am. 70 at home.

    75 at my house - warmest of the day. It’s halter top city today here in NYC. Think it got around 77.

    Amtrak is cranking the heat this am. I might sweat into a puddle.

    Totally did - apologies! A wicked cold front is hitting Texas this weekend. At 10 pm Sunday, the "feels like" will be 37 in Austin but 78 in Houston. A 46 degree temp drop within 12 hours is possible in Austin.

    I need to replace a pedestal sink with a wall mounted one and dread the experience.

    We’re in Troy NY next weekend. I’m sure we’ll see snow up there.

    Where is October taking for all time warmest? It has to be up there. We have never not had to the on the furnace this late and it won’t be needed until at least next later next week .

    Ha, I'm happy with either winning but it'd be awesome for Texas to claim its first title.

    AZ and TX are also FUN teams. Young, fast, some very energetic guys. It's good TV baseball.
