My favorite temp is around 45. Not too cold to not be able to sit outside, but cold enough that you don't hate life when doing so.
I mean, I love 20 degree days but to be honest 45 is much more feasible for activity!
Only our second visit for whatever reason and with two huge events we couldn’t do anything around downtown so had to stay in the South Hills. Driving SUCKS there with the wild hills and blind turns over them … no idea how they function when winter actually exists.
Can’t really remember a bigger forecast bust this year than we’ve had the last 2 day. Two flood watched and less than .3” total rain and zero today.
Cane back from Pittsburgh tonight and came across zero rain and few clouds. There are some just east of Harrisburg but they’re not rain ones.
GUYS
I found a place that makes mead across from a Ukrainian church - and they play 30 year old WWF matches!
Pittsburgh isn’t that bad aside from the insane hills
Would be interesting to see humidity/dew point data over the same period. I’m guessing whatever patterns bring humidity here were not around back then allowing cool offs in the evening.
Well that and this region has grown exponentially since then.
The people moving to Phoenix in droves (not you, you are fully aware of the climate) have to be really second guessing themselves.
