  1. Haha. We had season tickets for 14 years (had Boston ones too with grandparents)
  2. 40 was my low. Starting to get a bit chilly in the house but AC probably will need to come on later this week. Grrrrrr.
  3. Yup. Even if models are a bit warm mid 70s seems locked in for several consecutive days.
  4. Next weekend looks warm. Pushing 80 across bunch of the PA and NY. We’re in NYC and I guess short sleeves are the game. Yuck!
  5. Mike Yurcich got fired from Texas for similar offensive game planning.
  6. Kimbrel took a year off my life in 2018. Career postseason ERA (with Boston) Koji 0.57 Foulke 0.82 Papelbon 1.00 Kimbrel 5.14
  7. He has no time for WRs to get separation- and when there is his throws are 10’ off target.
  8. Biggest wind so far is 24 mph! This afternoon should push the strongest gusts down. Upper 30s.
  9. Hey @Jns2183 will be staying at this hotel in December and need you to tell me what all drinks to try. https://www.the-connaught.co.uk/siteassets/dining/connaught-bar/2023/the-connaught-bar-menu-july-23.pdf
  10. Growing up one of the best things was when it would be raining on one side of the house and not the other. We'd run from side to side. We were bored in the Texas country, easily amused lol
  11. Re: lantern flies They're migrating west and all over Pittsburgh I've heard. We've seen 2 or 3 this year, that's it. We noticed last year spiders and bees were attacking them, which we hadn't seen previously. My theory is they have a short lifespan like a cicada and other bugs took a few years to realize they're yummy and not deadly. Once they figured it out, the lantern flies have no counterattack function so they were sitting, well, flies. Edit: Year, not night. Bugs were swarming the lantern flies last year
  12. Saturday looks windier than Sunday now. Lots of 30-35 knot winds across PA.
  13. Not sure what it means but I just saw a huge group - like at least 15 - of black wooly bear caterpillars scurrying.
  14. 42 was my low. Color I don't think will be as good as last year, but we'll know in a week or so.
