  1. You can see even though the SLP tracks closer the 925 temperatures are colder.
  2. They're boarder line warm NYC south and east at the onset of the storm but definitely colder than the 0z run. A step in the right direction. Good trends.
  3. He's talking surface maps presentation. Don't worry about that just yet. Big improvements.
  4. One ukie 0z solution verification please.
  5. A stall and loop south east of LI is obviously preferred for more in the metro to cash in but I have a feeling NW of the city is where you're gonna want to be for this one.
  6. If you start drinking now until the storm starts it'll make that 90 feel like 24.
  7. Hudson Valley/Catskills lookin like a good spot for Monday into Tuesday.
  8. It’s a cliche at this point but whether or not we have an idea if the urban areas immediately near NYC and south east of there see decent accumulations will come down to nowcasting. We have a few more model cycles yet to go but I feel like we’re going to be windshield whipping up to the event.
  9. I’d take the train over to cpk and flip every table I could find.
  10. I think it's marginal events where the GFS doesn't recognize eastern LI being land and pumps out weird gradients like this one.
  11. Oh look, the Riddler is back.
  12. I’m all in. Haven’t seen the EPS look like this for a storm in a while. Certainly thermals will be questionable close to the coast but I’ll take my chances with a bombing low like is being shown.
  13. Seeing the gfs south east of other guidance for the 13-14th is pretty classic.
  14. Taken from the Mid Atlantic forum. and 6z EPS:
  15. The EPS looks great. Hopefully we cash in.
