Wild looking morning. Like a red filter over everything. Smoke, fog, storms making for a pretty surreal view 

I’m kind of enjoying the dystopian vibe today

Here's why you smell plastic from a forest fire:

"Wood fires emit a ton of volitile organic compounds (voc)

Muggy today, nice to have a different feel to the day, been awhile 

Weather has been really nice, June has felt like summer to me.

Brutal stretch of weather here

Power out in Eastern IKK. Couple utility poles down from those storms that popped up ahead of the front around 630am

Took my 40 mile commute home, straight south down 394 and jumped up close to 10 degrees and you can feel the humidity. Day changed right around Crete IL

Garden variety T-storm here on the southside of Chicago right now. Heavy rain and a few flashes of lightning.

looking forward to today, actually appreciate the uncertainty far more with severe storms than I do with winter storms

Working out of the south side of the city today. Peaks of sun, super bright. Day is starting to get that feel
