Pretty unrelenting run of heat. I’m getting older and I’m sure more sensitive to it but I don’t have AC and this is the most difficult stretch of heat I’ve experienced in my 40 years. Just no real relief outside of a pop up storm

I'd like to trade this ROF pattern in for a different one.  This particular one is lame AF.

Watch issued for me. Good bit of sun and humidity all morning. Definitely not a cloudy start to the day. Feels like storms could for sure pop off

we really should get serious about how we're using (ie wasting) some of the most fertile and productive soils on the planet via industrial monocropping in about the most ecologically harmful manner possible
hard for me to muster sympathy for farmers when what we're really talking about with few exceptions is large agribusiness growing surplus commodities at great subsidy

Yeah I wouldn’t call April nice. Had some warmth but a lot of winds, clouds, and days that never really materialized. An average April but not a nice April IMO . Still waiting for that really great spring stretch of weather
