  1. Yeah.... my buddies and I aren’t overly skilled so we let people pass if it comes to it, especially if they hVe less than 4, because obviously they will be faster than us. You would think universal walking would kind of make it so everyone played at a similar pace.
  2. Got to get out the house.... going insane. pick it back up. Couple brews, nice weather, relaxing
  3. Nice. Really good. I have tee times Sunday morning and also Monday and Friday afternoons next week.
  4. I installed a post and rail fence at my parents old house. Using only a hand post hole digger and a pry bar. Don’t skimp on depth... it needs to get there one way or another. We didn’t use concrete, but I did fill the holes with crush gravel/stone dust. Fence never moved.
  5. .... trying to get ahead of things. My guess is when courses open back up in Ma... carts are going to be limited so I figured I should have something to make the experience better. My buddies were back and forth on pulling the trigger getting one and now they are sold out everywhere
  6. Yeah I’ve had a couple of buddies who have used it and they like it. Looks like you apply once every 10 weeks... about 4 times a year
  7. Just dropped milorganite nitrogen fertilizer before the rain.
  8. That’s not a bad price at all with seed already included. Seed is expensive. I’d give it a whirl.
  9. Home Depot has 40lb bags of top soil type mix for like $1.90. I bought like 30 bags and have been mixing the soil with seed in my wheelbarrow and patching spots in the yard. Works awesome.
  10. First mow today.... yard was all sand last year and we’ve had limited resources, especially recently. It’s a work in progress but it’s coming along
  11. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milorganite-32-lbs-Slow-Release-Nitrogen-Fertilizer-100539618/308888983 any thoughts on this?
  12. Yeah.... the whole thing literally was wilted on the ground... leaves were almost like a blackish color. Weird
  13. Planted my small hydrangeas last week.... had a hard freeze last night and they completed wilted, are they dead, or will they rebound?
  14. Beds edged... planted my hydrangeas and forsythia.... now we await the mulch
  15. Yeah I think that was issue last spring.... it got hot pretty fast and just kind of burnt out. All my neighbors are on wells and they all have irrigation and run it daily, so I’m less concerned about running the well dry. I’m the only house on the street without irrigation, so keeping it wet is going to be the challenge
  16. Edging the beds tomorrow and going to order some mulch this week.
  17. When can hydrangeas be planted? Ordered some through a Nursery and they Are in really good shape, just obviously small having them shipped. Do I plant them now or wait?
  18. No money so I just fertilized the entire lawn with the leftover starter fert from last year
  19. I head ya... what you see is kind of what you get in my yard currently. The plan was to re do the back yard with loam and new seed but that’s obviously on the back burner until further notice now. It’s green and doesn’t look horrible so it is what it is. I literally ordered hundreds of bulbs that flower between late spring and fall to plant in our bed that is bare. Can’t afford to do what is really like to do which is line it with some nice bushes.
  20. I have a bed that goes along the side of my house that I made deep into the fall... arborvitae didn’t make it, so I ordered a bunch of bulbs and am just going to plant all kinds of bulbs and stuff over there that flower at different times. 100s of bulbs
  21. Nope.... pretty crazy. I think they fell victim to being a non essential business...
  22. They refunded me no problem actually. They are all shutting down unfortunately.
