  2. Nice to mow the lawn today without gasping for air. Love the new mower I bought a couple weeks ago; thing is great
  3. Negative. No drink cart coming around either. They have a restaurant open for takeout but I think it’s just dinner. Maybe someday if king Baker allows it
  4. I’m on well water but saw a sign for raynham water phase 1 water ban in effect. .52 here since midnight.... not to bad. Played 18 at hillside country club in Rehoboth this morning and it was soaked when we got there.
  5. Getting some good rains here... some wind. Typical SE Mass t storm. Not much lightning or thunder
  6. Golfing tomorrow at 930... should the round be dry?
  7. Any chance at rain here tonight? Been pretty dry
  8. You can see the darker patches in the lawn... I think I went a little light on the Milorganite. I have a quarter acre lot and only used one bag... I probably should have used 2 maybe even 3
  9. So this is when we bought the house last March... just the house... the entire yard was sand rocks and overgrown weeds. Processed asphalt temporary walkway. This is a picture today. Done this basically by myself in the last year and 3 months. Lawn still isn’t there, (area by the road is a mess from salt and what not) but I’m happy with what I’ve done on a limited budged and time.
  10. Weed and feed doing it’s thing for all the haters that said I put fertilizer down to late . Clover is dying and better grass is filling in
  11. Yeah mine is 180’. And I think your right about that Bob... something that shallow isn’t servicing a home as a primary water supply. Can a well be temporarily artesian? In the spring for like 6-8 weeks or neighbors we’ll head has water constantly leaking out of it, but then it stops around this time and doesn’t do it again. Almost like the water table gets so high in the spring it’s turning artesian
  12. How far are wells drilled up there anyway? Just curious if we ever buy property. I’ve seen some as shallow as like 15 feet around here.
  13. Bump... we booked the round for 60 bucks a person so hopefully it’s okay
  14. I know Moosup where Ginx lives is in eastern Connecticut so I just mapped that was a point. Moosup is an hour and 5 minutes from me @RUNNAWAYICEBERG
  15. I’ll play a round with you at some point... meet in the middle?
  16. Golfing at olde Scotland links in Bridgewater on Saturday. Not sure how we were able to snag a tee time this late in the week
  17. Trying to get out for a round on Saturday at 1115. Is the weather going to be okay for the duration of the day?
  18. For me, I’m willing to bet it’s worse for me to be breathing in the pollen. The central AC is pretty nice. Goes through a filter... can’t hear it, not blasting through a window unit. Set it and forget it.
  19. I don’t understand why people wear the suffering like a badge of honor. I’d rather turn on the AC and be comfortable. My dog and I also have terrible allergies
  20. Went through the rigorous process of flipping my HVAC from “off” to “cool”. Fastest install ever.
  21. Scott’s weed and feed I put down over the weekend doing it’s thing, clover is already wilting.
  22. Anyone have any suggestions for life insurance for my wife and I? We’d like to have a joint policy. I never had really even thought of it until a friend of mine mentioned him and his wife just got a policy, seems like a good idea. Would it be better to buy a joint policy or two individual?
  23. Played 9 at Pine oaks in Easton. Shot a 43.... improving yet again.
